“STEM Needs You” was a four-session series I designed and led with school boards across Ontario. It reached almost two thousand students in a single round, all in live sessions. Afterwards, students kept returning to three things: that STEM was bigger than they had been taught, that they were now considering science courses they had not planned to take, and that science could be worth doing for its own sake, not just for grades.
